Apple Music unveils Playlist Migration tool

Apple Music has officially rolled out a sleek new feature that allows users to import their playlists and music libraries from other streaming platforms directly into Apple Music. Initially launched in Australia and New Zealand, the tool is now available in the U.S, U.K, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, and Mexico.
Dubbed “Transfer Music from Other Music Services,” this option appears in the Music settings menu. Users simply log in to a compatible streaming service and choose the playlists or tracks they want to import. Apple has partnered with SongShift to power the back end process, ensuring imported content matches Apple Music’s catalog format.
